Urologic Surgeon - Clinical Associate

The Department of Surgery and the Division of Urology at Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is seeking a board certified / board eligible (or equivalent) surgeon to serve as a Clinical Associate in the Division of Urology. The Clinical Associate Surgeon will focus on all aspects of general urology. They will have admitting and independent operating privileges.

Appointment as Instructor in Surgery at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements in addition to teaching activities.

Requirements :

• Successful completion of a certified residency training program.
• Eligible for a full medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
• MA Control Substance registration and individual Federal DEA

In addition, the Department of Surgery will be engaged in the newly announced and exciting clinical collaboration between Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, BIDMC, and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) to establish New England's only free-standing adult inpatient cancer hospital. The collaboration will bring together world-class clinicians to deliver transformational, precision medicine in an environment solely dedicated to defying cancer.

Pay Range : $100,600 - $700,400

The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
