Job Description
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him / her to the appropriate location
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries daily and distributes items accordingly
- Prepares outgoing mail or packages as needed
- Keeps reception area tidy
- Receives and responds to Front Desk email
- Order Office Supplies and maintain an orderly Office Supply Closet
- Light restocking of kitchen / common area supplies
- Provides administrative and clerical support for the HR Department including assisting applicants with Onboarding
- Coordinate quarterly events
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Perform other duties as assigned
