What You Would Do :
- Welcome Residents : Greet and thank every resident upon arrival and departure, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Personalized Service : Make all residents feel comfortable and assured that you are there to personally attend to their needs.
- Build Relationships : Get to know our residents by name, along with their preferences and special requests.
- Manage Waitlist : When residents are on a waitlist, accurately record their information, provide estimated wait times, and seat them accordingly.
- Seating Preferences : Accommodate guest seating preferences whenever possible, while maintaining an efficient flow of service.
- Safety and Sanitation : Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Team Communication : Provide clear and timely communication with other staff members throughout your shift.
- Seating Standards : Seat guests according to company standards, ensuring a pleasant and organized dining experience.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a hostess / host or customer service role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintaining a positive attitude.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A passion for serving the senior community and understanding their unique needs.
