The Deputy Project Manager / PMO Support will serve as a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Oracle Health EHR implementation initiative. This role supports the Program Director and PMO Lead in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating across workstreams, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. The Deputy PM will help drive governance, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across state / federal health organizations and correctional health environments. This role is critical to maintaining momentum, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment across a complex, multi-agency implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination and Oversight

• Support the PMO Lead in executing the TruePMO? methodology, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities.
• Maintain integrated master schedules (IMS), risk registers, decision logs, and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate across functional teams (clinical, technical, training, testing, data migration) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Facilitate weekly solution checkpoints, cross-PM touchpoints, and risk management sessions.
• Track deliverables and dependencies across implementation phases and agency stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
