Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Safety Coordinator

The Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Safety Coordinator is responsible for the planning implementation and continuous improvement of emergency preparedness and environment safety programs across PIH Health Physicians (PHP) ambulatory MOBs. This role ensures a safe secure and regulatory-compliant environment across all PHP MOBs.

The coordinator partners closely with PHP group operational leadership and the RN Clinical Director of Education to align policies procedures and training with federal state and local regulations. Program elements include but are not limited to : emergency preparedness and business continuity planning hazardous waste management medical waste management workplace violence prevention life safety compliance and environment of care rounds.
