Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the full breadth of the Bank's accounting operations
• Leading the month-end close and ensuringaccurate,timelyfinancialreporting
• Preparing quarterlyconsolidatedfinancial statements and reviewing annual footnotes
• Overseeing all regulatory reporting, including the Call Report
• Calculating and remitting federal and state income tax payments
• Producing monthly Board reports
• Maintaining strong internal controls whileidentifyingopportunities for efficiency and automation
• Collaborating across departments to supportaccuratereporting and smooth processes
• Monitoring emerging accounting standards and advising our Audit Committee
• Coordinating annual insurance review
• Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing accounting team
• Assistingwith budgeting, forecasting, and special projects
