Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Mechanical Engineering Leader / Project Manager position include :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; PE license required
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC design for acute healthcare facilities
• Minimum 8 years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Direct design and leadership of healthcare facility mechanical systems and central plants
• Provide project leadership, team mentorship, and foster a culture of trust and excellence
• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and managing contracts
• Incorporate sustainability, code compliance, and decarbonization principles in design
• Cultivate client relationships and pursue new healthcare project opportunities

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
