About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Sales to spearhead the national business development and expansion. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the sales and marketing organization, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing teams. This role demands a strategic leader who can develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, recruit and mentor a sales team, and create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The Vice President of Sales will also be responsible for identifying and engaging key customers, maintaining robust sales processes, and ensuring the successful onboarding and satisfaction of new clients. Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets is essential. While not mandatory, an understanding of the construction, engineering services, or HVAC industry is a plus. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite is necessary, with knowledge of CAD / CAM and Autodesk being advantageous. The position also involves up to 50% travel.
