Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Attorney to join our client's plaintiff personal injury firm in Chicago, Illinois. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic caseload, managing cases from inception to trial. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing a proactive approach to litigation and client advocacy.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in plaintiff personal injury cases in state and federal court.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
• Conduct depositions and engage in effective trial preparation to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Advocate for clients during trials and settlement negotiations.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of multiple active cases.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and legal trends to enhance case strategy and outcomes.
