Background working on INDOT, county, and municipal transportation design projects. Project management experience and experience leading project teams (preferred) Technical knowledge / computer skills : MicroStation / Bentley Open Roads Designer (required) Microsoft Office products : Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (required) Adobe (preferred)
Transportation Engineer Opportunity
We are looking for a Transportation Engineer in the Fort Wayne IN area. This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity.
Required :
- Lead transportation design calculations / reports / plan preparation / roadway modeling
- Assist office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations.
- Develop peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts.
- Coordinate project tasks and report to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking.
- Support Indianapolis regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects
- Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana
