Engineering Estimating Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Estimating Manager position include :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing or Industrial preferred) with 10+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and fabrication methods for pressure vessels and heat exchangers
• Familiarity with ASME Section II materials and basic thermal process understanding (HTRI)
• Assign, schedule, and manage the workload of 8–10 estimating engineers
• Review and enhance estimating procedures for consistency and efficiency
• Ensure proposals meet technical accuracy and company standards
• Excellent skills in reading fabrication drawings and producing technical writing
• Hands-on leadership in a technical office setting with occasional travel to Sulphur, LA

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
