Take the Lead in Restoration Excellence - Now Hiring Project / Crew Leads! 🔨 Position : Project / Crew Lead Company : All Dry Services of South Suburban Chicago Pay Range : $22-$24+ per hour Industry : Restoration and Construction Location : Mokena, IL Job Overview : All Dry Services of South Suburban Chicago is actively hiring two full-time Project / Crew Leads to support our growing Field Operations team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in construction or carpentry who take pride in their craftsmanship and excel at leading small teams on-site. You'll oversee 3-4 crew members at job sites, ensuring that work is executed with precision, professionalism, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a crew of 3-4 technicians on-site to execute construction projects- Oversee the setup, monitoring, and breakdown of drying and dehumidification equipment- Perform demolition and construction work- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines- Train and guide team members to uphold company procedures and customer service standards- Communicate job status, issues, and updates to supervisors and clients- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization at job sites- Complete job documentation using digital tools and apps- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for project completion Qualifications : - 3+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or related field- Proven ability to lead and motivate small crews in the field- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Physically fit to perform hands-on labor and lift up to 50 lbs- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- Comfortable with daily use of software, including CRM and project management- No formal education or certifications required-but leadership and field experience is essential- Project Estimation Experience a plus Benefits : - Compensation & Retirement : Weekly pay cycle, Retirement savings program- Health & Wellness : Medical insurance- Work-Life Balance : Paid time off- Perks : Company uniforms provided Schedule : - Full-time - Monday to Friday- (Occasional emergency or weekend work may arise) Location : - South Suburban Chicago - On-site work within the local area Equal Employment Opportunity Statement : We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
