The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive sustainable growth, expand brand awareness, and strengthen connections with patients, partners, and communities.

This senior executive will oversee all marketing, growth, and customer acquisition initiatives, blending data‑driven decision‑making, creativity, and purpose to scale our impact nationally.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Marketing will play a key role in defining the future of behavioral healthcare by bringing our services to more people who need them.

$170,000 - $200,000 a year

Total compensation will include a base salary plus equity.
