    The Opportunity

    Veolia is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Waste team based in Brooklyn, VIC. This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing customer accounts, increasing revenue and services, and hunting for new contracts and waste streams. This role would suit a motivated, customer focused individual looking to take the next step in their career with a global organisation.

    • What you’ll be responsible for

    • Work across all business units to meet or exceed personal and business sales targets
    • Ensure a continuous quality service is provided to our major client baseDevelop relationships with key stakeholders within client business and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
    • Working with various outlets and facilities for best in class treatment for our clients
    • Ensure commitments and obligations between Veolia and its customers are effectively met, by delivering value for money outcomes and managing inherent risk
    • Ability to drive your own career by identifying trends and new market segments
    • What you’ll need to be successful

    • Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience within the waste industry desirable but not essential
    • Ability to manage various systems and processes
    • Eagerness to problem solve, build relationships and cold call
    • Ability to project manage and work with numerous stakeholders
