Key Responsibilities
- Refine and steward the Scientific Communication Platform (SCP) and scientific narratives for assigned products (CMV, rare disease, others as assigned)
- Translate complex clinical, RWE, and HEOR data into clear, audience-specific key messages aligned with global medical strategy
- Maintain message discipline, version control, and data accuracy across all materials
- Develop and adapt modular assets (slide decks, FAQs, training resources)
- Submit materials through Medical Review Committee (MRC) for on-time approvals
- Manage medical communications agencies to ensure quality, scope, and on-time delivery
- Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Biostats, Epidemiology, Safety, RWE / HEOR, and Commercial teams
Qualifications
Advanced life sciences degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc with relevant experience)5+ years in Scientific Communications or Medical Affairs (pharma / biotech)Strong scientific writing, storytelling, and narrative development experienceSCP ownership or platform stewardship experience preferredExperience in CMV, vaccines, virology, or rare disease strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Veeva MedComms preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast-moving projectsCompensation (MA Pay Transparency)
Estimated hourly range : $65$75 / hr (W-2)Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
