We are seeking Exercise Science or related degreed, DYNAMIC, energetic, wellness-minded, stretch practitioners that loves to share their knowledge and skillset to join our team. This role is also open for experienced personal trainers, massage therapists, etc.! Must be a good communicator both in listening and speaking. If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. You will also have a week of training on sales skills. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners / sales associates, you offer members and potential members, a comfortable, effective experience that helps increase circulation, flexibility, mobility, injury prevention, boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, improves overall wellness and more. Responsibilities :

• Provides our Member base with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
• Works with prospective members, sharing our incredible product and how it can benefit them. We don't see this as "sales" but helping our prospective members recognize that the "issues" they walk in with can be resolved with practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Serves Members and potential Members, as well as maintains and reinforces the value of practitioner-assisted stretching in all activities.
• Develops individualized stretch program that suits Members specific needs.
• Keeps Members coming in consistently to help them attain their goals / set new goals to continue monthly Membership
• All team members clean and maintain the Studio.
• Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all Members.
