We provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the Northern Indiana. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

We are seeking a HIM Clerk to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Responsibilities

Responsible for assembling and maintaining patients' health information in either EMR (Electronic Medical Record or charts. Ensures all forms are completed and properly identified and signed and all necessary information is in the chart or system. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
