Surgery - General Physician

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated general surgeon to join our team as a locum for various locations in and around Duluth, GA. This position offers outpatient medicine with no call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in bread-and-butter general surgery and be comfortable performing a variety of procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct clinic visits and perform port insertions
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain high-quality standards
• Perform in-office procedures such as port removals, lipoma removals, melanoma removals, cyst removals, etc.
• Conduct consults and follow-up visits
• Manage an average of 18 patients per day in the clinic
• Adhere to appointment lengths of 50 minutes for procedure visits and 25 minutes for regular appointments
• Collaborate with our medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a clinic schedule from 8 : 05 am to 4 : 50 pm
