Internal Medicine Opening in Portland, OR Portland, OregonFull Time Permanent. BC / BEWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Physician (MD / DO) to join our internal medicine team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.Position Details : Role : Functioning as a primary care physician with a patient panel.Schedule : Typically 4 days per week, plus 1 rotating Saturday every 4-6 weeks (8 am-12 pm).Training : Comprehensive training provided.Support Staff : Includes a shared nurse, a personal medical assistant, and a shared patient care coordinator.Compensation : Salary : $200,000 plus production bonuses for full-time (4 days / week).Benefits : DEA and license renewal fees paid, professional association dues, 3 weeks of vacation, 1 week of sick leave, 2 weeks for CMEs, $3,500 annual CME allowance, malpractice insurance.Clinic Benefits : Health Insurance : 93% coverage for self, options available for spouse and dependents.Retirement : Safe harbor 401k profit sharing.Additional Benefits : On-site secured parking, 6 paid holidays, $50,000 life insurance, EAP.Optional Benefits : Vision, dental, voluntary life AD&D, short / long-term disability, FSA, 401K options.Requirements : Licensing : Board certification preferred.
