Role Description

We’re excited to welcome a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to our growing team in Sandpoint, Idaho . This is an opportunity to bring your passion for pediatric communication to a place where your ideas are valued, your creativity is encouraged, and your impact is truly felt.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of speech, language, feeding, and social communication needs. Whether you’re helping a child say their first word, supporting feeding development, or guiding families through communication strategies, your work will directly shape a child’s ability to connect, express, and thrive.

You’ll collaborate closely with parents and fellow therapists to build supportive, engaging treatment experiences that foster growth and joy. We believe therapy should be both effective and fun—and we’ll give you the space and support to make that happen.
