Summary :
The ECMO Coordinator is a specialized clinical role responsible for the comprehensive coordination and management of the Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) program. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, effective, and evidence-based care of patients receiving ECMO support. The ECMO Coordinator serves as a key resource, educator, and consultant for all members of the multidisciplinary ECMO team. This includes patient assessments, treatment plan development, equipment management, staff education, protocol maintenance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related healthcare field

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Basic Life Support CPR for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) - American Heart Association, Or - , Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
