Looking for a Floor Manager / AGM with 2 years of experience. The Floor Manager delegates assignments, fills in for absent employees, and ensures customers have a pleasant experience. The main daily task is to control the floor, train and assure that servers and bartenders are adhering to our strict steps of service.
Job Duties :
- Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist team in the direction and supervision of food servers, bus-persons, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Fill out Fire Safety Log
