MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF CLERICAL EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a Part- time Data Entry Clerk for a company that produces fruit drinks in the city of Buena Park, CA.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM

TEMPORARY EXPECTED THROUGH END OF 2025

Requirements of a Data Entry Clerk :

  • Must pass background and drug screen
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
  • Must have organization skills.
  • Prior experience in roles such as customer service, receptionist, office assistant, office clerk, and admin assistant is a plus!

  • Responsibilities of a Data Entry Clerk :

  • Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
  • Match and verify receipts and Bills of Lading(BOLs) against records.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and electronic).
  • Scan, copy, and distribute documents as needed.
  • Provide general clerical support to the office team as assigned.
