Key Responsibilities :

Enhance Customer Experience : Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that all client needs are addressed promptly, and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels, ensuring long-term business retention and satisfaction.

Business Plan Implementation : Coordinate and execute approved business plans, working with key stakeholders to organize and execute property events that drive success.

Vendor Management : Lead vendor relationships for maintenance, client services, and building improvement projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution.

Financial Management : Oversee the property P&L, collaborating with the accounting team on budgeting, CAM reconciliation, and processing vendor invoices.
