Location : Brooklyn, NY (On-Site at 9425 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11209 and 1812 Bath Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11209 )
Schedule : Full Time
Travel : Weekly travel to Staten Island and other RE / MAX Edge locations

Position Summary
- Serve as the organizational anchor for daily operations
- Manage priorities, communication, scheduling, and cross-office coordination
- Support company initiatives and ensure operational consistency
- Work in a fast-paced environment with proactive, clear communication
- Based out of the Brooklyn headquarters with weekly travel across offices in Brooklyn and Staten Island
Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s schedule, calendar, and daily workflowTriage emails and communicationDelegate tasks and track follow-upMaintain priorities and ensure deadlines are metAnticipate operational needs and provide proactive supportOperations & Office Support
Coordinate communication and operational needs across four office locationsMaintain consistency in daily procedures and expectationsAssist agents and staff with account setup, access, and basic tech needsCoordinate logistics, travel, and internal commitmentsMeetings & Documentation
Prepare agendas and meeting materialsTake clear and detailed notesDocument action items and track them to completionAssist with internal reporting and light operational analyticsContent & Marketing Coordination
Capture photos and short videos for company initiativesAssist with marketing updates, captions, and internal contentCoordinate with external editors or marketing partnersReal Estate Support (Training Provided)
Learn to run CMAs and basic valuation reportsAssist with MLS tools, CRM systems, and transaction workflowsRequirements
Experience
3+ years in an Executive Assistant or administrative support roleExperience supporting senior leadership strongly preferredReal estate experience helpful but not requiredSkills
Highly organized with strong time-management skillsClear written and verbal communicationProfessional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive informationTech-savvy and quick to learn new systemsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CMAs, MLS systems, or CRM platformsExperience with social media or content creationExperience with Google WorkspaceComfort with project management tools like Monday.comStrong interpersonal and situational awarenessBenefits
Compensation & Benefits
