The RN supervises and directs the activities of nursing staff and coordinates interdisciplinary care while utilizing critical thinking, clinical expertise, and independent judgment. This department only includes education and non-productive hours of Float Pool nurses. Float Pool nurses working a unit should always clock in to the unit being worked. Requirements Start Date : ASAP Shift : Day shift (36 48 hours per week) Experience : Must have TELE experience; candidates must be comfortable floating System Experience : Must have Cerner experience RTO : 0 3 days only Holidays : Not permitted Education & Work Experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) : Preferred Acute Care Facility Experience : Preferred Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice - Required Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification - Required ACLS - Required
