A company is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize internal and external Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance learning experiences and drive business outcomes Design and develop engaging training content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories Lead the learning and development lifecycle, including needs assessment, course design, implementation, and evaluation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources Development, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in learning and development, particularly in LMS administration and content development Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems; experience with Workday Learning is a plus Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM Proficiency in multimedia tools, including authoring tools and video editing software
