Job Title Real Estate Transfer Declaration Processor I (2 positions) Job Title Note Supervisor of Assessments Job Summary Execution of basic level work regarding the responsibilities of the Supervisor of Assessments Office and all its functions in a fast-paced environment. Also serves as a resource to Assessment Specialists and Assessment Coordinators in the performance of their job duties in accordance with administrative policies. Acts as first contact of the Supervisor of Assessments with exceptional customer service on the phone, in-person, and through digital communication. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, one (1) year customer service experience required, and one (1) year Microsoft Suite experience required. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm. Typing test will be required. Valid State of Illinois Driver’s License and minimum automobile insurance as required by law. Knowledge of Illinois Property Tax Code and the role of Assessments, Exemptions, GIS, Mapping and Platting is preferred. Knowledge of CAMA systems, CAD, And ARC / GIS is preferred.
