We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our affordable housing services firm. This is a key leadership role overseeing housing programs, compliance, and property management activities from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage affordable housing projects , including permitting, application processing, lottery management, and applicant qualification
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations
  • Supervise and mentor office staff, improving workflow and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with developers, municipal agencies, and state housing programs
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation for housing programs
  • Support marketing and outreach for housing lotteries and applicant communications

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in affordable housing, property management, real estate development, or municipal government
  • Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of housing regulations, compliance, and program administration
