The Graphic Designercollaborates closely with the Senior Creative and Design Team Lead, as well as Senior Graphic Designers, to develop and execute creative concepts for digital, advertising, and marketing deliverables. This is a fully on-site position, based at our Corporate office in Tucson, AZ, or at one of our metro Phoenix locations .

Evolving as a Graphic Designer by having…

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• At least two (2) years of experience in graphic and digital design required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive projects required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience within the mortgage industry preferred.
