Community Connect Internship Summer 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Community Connect team supporting one of the largest Epic Community Connect programs in the country. This role plays a critical part in enhancing digital services for over 500 practices and 337 contracts across Corewell Healths regions.

Essential Functions

Coordinate new clinic implementations including kickoffs infrastructure builds and go-lives.

Manage contract workflows using Quantum and Workday including invoice generation cost modeling and fee schedule updates.

Analyze practice-level financial performance identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve cost efficiency.

Respond to ServiceNow tickets related to billing security and technical access.

Contribute to the development and refinement of standard work documents including provider add workflows and offboarding protocols.

Qualifications

Required

May also be a recent graduate from an Associates or Bachelors degree program.
