Process / Mechanical QA-CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)

Quality Control inspection and associated documentation of Process Piping systems within a cleanroom environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinate compliance of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory Responsible for inspecting all fabricated and installed piping, mechanical equipment, skids, modular systems, and components per project specifications. Review and approval of Quality Plans, IT - Ps, PQR, WPS, WPQ, inspection procedures, records for installed pipe which would include weld map log, PMI, slope checks, and traceability logs, and other associated records of installed pipe. Inspections of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for alignment and proper functioning, prepare reports and notify appropriate people of equipment problems and deficiencies, ensure compliance with codes and standard.
