The Cloud Motion Technologies group builds software products for our clients, vendors and contract workers. We are a collaborative, cross-functional group of software engineers, QA specialists, product managers, DevOps, and analysts working in an agile environment.

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of design initiatives across our diverse product portfolio. You will work independently on complex design challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that drive business impact across both existing products and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Execution

• Lead autonomous design projects from concept through delivery, including user research, ideation, and testing
• Develop comprehensive design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors for complex workflows
• Create and optimize information architecture that balances usability with technical constraints
• Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions with qualitative and quantitative data
