Position Summary

As a member of the Originations Team, the Analyst will report directly to the Managing Director of Originations. The Analyst will serve as the initial screen for deals sourced from a subset of the pipeline. Leveraging the candidate's existing commercial real estate knowledge and expanding it through a comprehensive training program, this position will serve as a springboard to a first-chair Originator position. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly motivated to grow both his / her sales and credit capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Within the first 12 months, success in this role will look like :

• Delivering accurate, timely initial analyses on 100% of assigned submissions.
• Building and maintaining a high-quality, actionable broker database with current contacts and deal activity.
• Contributing to 3–5 originated and closed transactions by providing reliable underwriting support and credit insight.
• Enhancing CRM utilization through dashboards and reporting that improve team visibility and follow-through.
