In this role, you'll handle hands-on electrical work in the field — from conduit runs to complex terminations — and play a vital role in project safety, accuracy, and execution. Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain conduit, wiring, terminations, panels, lighting, and devices per code and spec.

Accurately interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project scopes.

Communicate proactively with supervisors and field teams on status, needs, or delays.

Support safety compliance and maintain awareness of NEC standards on every task.

Assist in mentoring apprentices and junior techs when assigned.

Ensure materials and tools are available for tasks and maintain a clean jobsite.

Submit daily job updates using project management systems or email.

As well as many other electrical responsibilities within the role.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on commercial electrical experience, preferably on public works projects.

Certified California Journeyman Electrician with active DIR registration.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification required.

Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must be able to pass DOJ Live Scan, background check, and drug screening.

Physically capable of bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Dependable, communicative, and respectful in all field interactions.

Able to follow direction, meet deadlines, and deliver code-compliant results.
