The work

• Consult with internal and external teams to modernize finance functions, setting vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Provide CFOs and teams with data and insights to build a compelling change narrative that drives shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and apply industry leading practices to solve complex business problems.
• Serve as a subject‑matter advisor on related Accenture projects and proposals.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverable quality, and client buy‑in.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and encourage innovation from team members.
• Create strategies and blueprints using advanced operating models, processes, and emerging technologies to improve operations.
• Oversee digital transformations that increase efficiency, effectiveness, experience, and growth through data, automation, analytics, and enabling technology.
• Identify and implement modern technology and data solutions across finance disciplines.
• Support practice growth by driving business development activities and responding to proposals.
• Stay current on trends, technologies, and regulations influencing digital finance and the CFO ecosystem.
• Lead and assemble teams to secure incremental sales.
