A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER

In this dispatch position, your day kicks off at 8 AM, armed with a coffee and a can-do attitude. You're the heartbeat of our operations, fielding calls from customers and setting up service appointments with a friendly, professional touch. As you coordinate the daily schedule, you ensure our HVAC technicians are dispatched efficiently, balancing customer needs with team availability. You're the problem-solver, the communicator, and the organizer all rolled into one. By 5 PM, you've navigated a whirlwind of tasks, resolved scheduling challenges, and helped deliver exceptional service, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and a job well done.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHER

• 2+ years of office experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

WORK SCHEDULE
