We are looking for an experienced Lead QA Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis 100% remote. In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through strategic testing and collaboration. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates proactive problem-solving abilities, and communicates effectively across all levels of management.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives, including functionality, non-functional, regression, and data testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to validate system performance and functionality.
• Utilize advanced Smartsheet capabilities to organize and manage testing workflows.
• Engage with Duck Creek, Guidewire, and similar platforms to enhance testing strategies.
• Create visual tools to simplify complex problems and foster team understanding.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive-level management, to provide status updates and insights.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to rapid changes and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure accurate and thorough representation of the company’s brand during client engagements.
• Extensive experience in quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and other organizational tools.
• Familiarity with Duck Creek, Guidewire, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage QA initiatives and execute test cases.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive work ethic.
• Organized approach to self-prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication skills, with comfort in engaging with all levels of management.
• Ability to work across domestic time zones and travel when necessary.
