Position Overview
This role is responsible for operations support for the new Siemens Healthineers Experience Center in Charlotte, NC over 60,000 square feet / 2 floors including meeting and dining areas and show casing all business areas including live scanning of some products. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer / prospect engagement through orchestrated experiences that prioritize C / D-level visits, meetings, and product, services, and solution demonstrations. This position directly impacts business as touch points along the customer journey. By maximizing engagement, this role contributes to the overall success and reputation of the organization in the healthcare industry. This role reports to the Head of the Experience Center.
