A company is looking for an Associate Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of secure file transfer products and configurations
Triage incoming support cases, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with peers to resolve complex issues and enhance troubleshooting processes
Required Qualifications
Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support role
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and IBM i systems
Foundational understanding of TCP, File Transfer Protocols, and DNS
Previous experience in software support is a plus but not required
