Benefits Admin & Comm Analyst
This position plays a critical role in ensuring employees understand and access their benefits effectively. By managing complex plan administration, resolving escalated issues, and supporting compliance with federal and state regulations, the analyst helps maintain trust and satisfaction among employees while driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities include :
- Acting as Tier III customer service consultant for complex benefits issues requiring specialized knowledge, research, and judgment.
- Tracking and monitoring service levels for escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Performing advanced plan administration activities, including complex calculations (ERP-related) and transactional support for HRIC.
- Leveraging technology to improve efficiency in plan administration and continuously seeking process improvements.
- Managing day-to-day interactions with carriers and vendors; escalating issues to Plan Managers as needed.
- Assisting in drafting and delivering employee communications for new benefits and ongoing education.
- Identifying communication and training needs based on Tier III call experience.
- Providing training support for HRIC and other HR staff to enhance benefits knowledge.
- Staying current on applicable laws and regulations; implementing legislative changes as directed.
- Supporting special projects such as open enrollment, research, and compliance initiatives.
- Performing other related duties incidental to the work described.
Skills and qualifications required :

Anticipated pay range : $62,694.00 to $107,633.00.
