Develop talent pipelines, proactive sourcing strategies, and promote employer brand online / offline.Manage candidate databases, craft recruiting communications, and identify qualified talent using various sourcing channels.Conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and support candidate movement through pre-employment phases.Compile recruiting reports, support HR programs, onboarding, and serve as a point of contact for employee HR requests.Participate in recruitment events, prepare materials, and build positive relationships to enhance HR reputation.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work across all organizational levels and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
