We are seeking a hands-on skilled, extremely reliable, and driven Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Sandy, Utah!

We specialize in delivering high-quality HVAC services beyond what is available today and with exceptional customer care for residential and commercial clients who expect excellence.

What Youll Do :

• Lead and train a team of HVAC technicians to ensure every project is completed efficiently and to our exceptionally high standard.
• You'll also be hands on to install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to determine effective solutions.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory for daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members about project progress and system recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, codes, and company quality standards.

What Were Looking For :

Proven HVAC technician experience (3+ years preferred).

EPA Universal certification required; additional certifications are a plus.

A growth mindset with the ability to teach and develop others on the team.

Someone who is willing to go the extra mile and take initiative to solve problems proactively.

Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills across various HVAC systems.

Comfortable working in various environments and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
