Night Shift 3x12 - 13 Weeks - Start Date : 2-3 Weeks from submittal date

• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
• 24 months minimum of current Med Surg experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• PLEASE NOTE, BANNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY
• Travel experience - Preferred
• ACLS and BLS required
• Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week / Must be willing to float to units where experienced / Dual campus requirement
