Cook Responsibilities :

• Meal Preparation : Follows standardized recipes. Prepare everything on the menu for your shift and prep food for the next shift.
• Meal Cooking : Cook and prepare meals. Must be able to read recipes / meal tickets to ensure proper distribution. Maintain proper portion control.
• Cleaning : Maintain a clean kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash.
• Food Storage : Ensures food and other items are stocked and stored properly.
• Resident Interaction : Be polite and helpful to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Compliance : Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
