About The Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to provide sporadic / PRN coverage at a reputable facility in Fort Collins, CO. This is a high-priority locum opportunity offering competitive hourly rates ($260–$270 / hr) plus travel & lodging support.

As-needed PRN coverage

Weekday shifts : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7a–5p)

Night call : 5p–7a (low census, minimal call-backs)

Occasional weekend call (every 4th–7th weekend, flexible)

Adult inpatient rehab unit, census : 12–14 patients

Typical : 1–2 admissions / discharges per day

Mix : Sports / Ortho (33%) | CNS Rehab (50%) | Medical Rehab (17%)

300-bed hospital support, with full specialty access

Job Requirements

Board Certified PM&R (Not accepting BE)

Active CO license or IMLC

Inpatient rehab experience preferred
