Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production technical and administrative roles within the plant.
• Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations specific to a manufacturing environment.
• Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling for the plant workforce.
• Coordinate and track mandatory safety training programs and support plant safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support performance management processes including performance reviews goal setting and development plans for manufacturing employees.
• Process payroll inputs administer benefits and manage leave of absence requests (e.g. FMLA STD) for the factory staff.
• Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS for reporting and data management specific to plant operations.
