Health Insurance Operations Representative

A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files

Provide support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution

Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data

Required Qualifications

Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST

Experience in a team environment

Proficiency in MS Office

Exposure to enrollment and billing processes in Medicaid

Ability to maintain quality and production standards
