Process Assurance Inspector

The Process Assurance Inspector (SAT Team) is responsible for verifying accuracy for all orders processed by the Customer Service Representatives.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities :

• Verifies accuracy for all orders processed by Customer Service Representatives.
• Coordinates and brings to the Customer Service Representative's attention if an order is inaccurate.
• Logs all orders into database.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area.
• Responsible for working according to the company's safety and quality standards.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications :

Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

Legal Requirement : Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with federal contracting regulations. Must be a US person as defined by ITAR.

Language Proficiency : All candidates must be fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a professional level.
