Responsibilities :

Oversee and coordinate daily office and staff workflows.

Ensure all administrative and clinical support tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Monitor patient flow and scheduling to maintain efficiency and an excellent patient experience.

Support and guide staff to promote teamwork and accountability.

Identify and address operational issues promptly and effectively.

Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered office environment.

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (dermatology experience a plus).

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems.

Schedule :

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
